My friend and I recently shared these as an appetizer and enjoyed the cheeses with maple syrup-based compote on the crostinis--not too sweet but tasty :D

The bison burger has been updated with maple syrup bbq sauce, Monterey Jack Cheese and onion tanglers--savoury, with a hint of sweet, the patty was easily over centimeter thick, with enough bun to catch all the juices. A very yummy feed :D
